… was formerly a students home, for which part of the attic was taken out. This not only made space for a bunk bed with a distant view over the “Filderebene” up to the Swabian Alb (the window can be darkened by a remote control light-tight), but also studio light from above.
The loft still has this charm. Today an additional sofa bed on the ground floor provides another resting location. The living space feels very generous because of the large south-facing dormers and the mirrors. The apartment is extended with a small balcony to the east. Shower and toilet have natural light.
